Booking



After you have received our quotations and decide to do booking please follow the following steps.

( If you have not yet got quotation, click here to get the quotation.)


1.- Fill in and submit the form provided.

  1. Please fill in your particular into the provided form
  2. Send us the completed form (as provided in Excel document) by email.
  3. Print out the completed form and sign on it.
  4. Send us the copy with signature by FAX also.

2.- After receiving the application form, we start doing the necessary arrangements.

On receiving your form, we will notify you within 48 hours. Should you fail to hear from us within 48 hours, it means that we have not received your form because of the possibility of communication problems. Hence, you are requested to send your form again.

3.- Reservation status and payment deadlines

During our booking process, we shall inform you our booking status. In case the requested hotels and/or transports are not available, we shall suggest to you the alternatives.


For those bookings required deposit and / or re-confirmation, we shall inform you the deadlines and cancellation policy. Please take notes of the deadlines for cancellation in order to avoid being charged for cancellation fees.


4.- Booking Confirmation and Invoice

When all the bookings are confirmed, we shall send you the booking confirmations and invoices. At the same time, we shall inform you the deadline of the payment. Please note that some packages (e.g. Inca Trail Trekking Tour) require paying deposit before all the bookings are confirmed.


5.- Paymant
There are three ways of payment.

  • Credit Cards (Visa Card, Master, American Express)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Paypal

6.- Sending Itinerary and relevant documents

After we have received your payment, we will send you the final itinerary (including the Tour schedules, local contacts for emergency, important notice for travel, meeting point at Lima and address and Tel. no. of hotels and local operators.) and list of the documents you should receive at the site (voucher and air ticket etc..).


Please keep these documents in your hand baggage (not in the luggage) so that you can use it immediately after landing at Lima. And also we recommend you to keep a copy aside for in case of loss.


7.- Departure

At the departure, please re-check the notices and meeting points in the itinerary we sent to you (see Step 6).

In case your flight is delayed or canceled, please call the provided emergency contact. Should you fail to do that, we may not able to reschedule for receiving you in the airport, and it may cause extra costs. In such case, the customer shall bare all the costs.
